What Is a Self-Paced Course?

A self-paced course allows you to start and finish at your convenience, with no set dates. It offers flexibility for those with busy schedules, enabling you to learn at your own pace. You can complete assessments and interact with available resources as needed, and receive your certification upon completion. Be sure to check specific course details for any access guidelines or support options.

Are The Courses Accredited?

Our Advanced Microcredentials are accredited by the International Council for Online Educational Standards (ICOES). ICOES ensures quality and compliance through an independent board of management and an advisory board of professors who have developed accreditation standards. These standards form a quality charter used to annually review both prospective and existing accredited course providers.

How Do I Find My Community?

In our Advanced Microcredentials courses, you will also gain complementary access to your course 'Accelerator' communities.  These are community for sharing and collaboration to aid you in your learning journey to 'skills mastery'. These communities supports your learning journey with additional professional benefits such as free member courses, micro-learning products, events, and expert content. Once you sign up for your Advanced Microcredential course, you will find your free secret access link in the "Your Learning Journey" section of your enrolled course.

Cancellations & Refund Policy

We provide several payment options for our courses including payment plans. Purchases are processed via Stripe directly on our platform, and payment plans for are handled through Stripe via your credit or debit cards.

If you select a Payment Plan option for Advanced Microcredential courses, a 3 day cooling-off period applies.

Please be aware, once you have exceeded your 3 days cooling-off period, a strict no refund policy applies, meaning we are unable to cancel payment plans after this time. We encourage you to carefully consider your enrolment before committing to a course.
